07FAQ
Janitorial Appointment Setting questions
What is janitorial appointment setting?
It is an outsourced service in which Morvix contacts commercial facilities in a cleaning company’s territory, reaches the person who decides on cleaning, confirms the opportunity meets agreed criteria and books a walkthrough or quote meeting for the cleaning company.
What counts as a valid janitorial lead?
Our brochure standard is a facility larger than 1,500 sq ft that needs cleaning at least once a week, with the decision-maker on the call, located in your target area and booked in your available time. Your criteria are agreed during setup.
Will my leads be shared with other cleaning companies?
No. While we work together, Morvix does not onboard another client in your target area and does not resell your leads to competitors.
What happens if an appointment is not a good fit?
You receive full details before the meeting and can call the prospect yourself. If it is not a fit, you can decline before the meeting. Reschedules are handled by our team.
How is this different from the commercial cleaning industry page?
This page describes the service and its standards. The commercial cleaning industry page explains the market context, the facilities we prospect and the other Morvix services cleaning companies use.
