1. Who we are
Morvix provides B2B appointment setting, lead generation, telemarketing and business support services. This policy applies to wearemorvix.com and to our services. “Morvix”, “we” and “us” means Morvix LLC, registered in the USA, and Morvix Ltd, registered in Bangladesh.

2. Information we collect on this website
- Contact and inquiry forms: name, company, email, phone, the service you are interested in, and your message.
- Meeting bookings: when you book a call through Calendly, Calendly collects your name, email and any answers you give, and shares them with us.
- Job applications: name, contact details, CV and any information you choose to include.
- Usage data: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 collects information such as pages visited, approximate location, and device and browser type. We do not use this to identify you personally.
3. How we use it
- To respond to inquiries, prepare proposals and schedule meetings.
- To assess job applications.
- To understand how visitors use the site and improve it.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell personal information.
4. Data we handle for clients
When we run campaigns or provide staff for a client, we may process business contact data, such as names, job titles, work emails and phone numbers of prospects, and client CRM records. This data is kept in our own database and is processed only on the client’s instructions and under our agreement with that client.
5. Cookies and analytics
We only switch on Google Analytics cookies if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the website footer, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings. Third-party services such as Calendly set their own cookies under their own policies.
SMS / text messaging
If you agree to receive text messages from us, we use your mobile number only to send messages about your scheduled meetings (confirmations, reminders, rescheduling and support).
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared only with service providers that help us deliver messages (for example, our phone/SMS provider), and only for that purpose. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. See the SMS Messaging Terms.
6. Sharing
We share personal information only with service providers who help us run our business, such as hosting (Hostinger), analytics (Google), scheduling (Calendly) and the email and CRM tools we use; with our own team members who need it to do their work; or where required by law.
7. International transfers
Our team works from more than one country, including the United States, Bangladesh and the Philippines, so your information may be accessed outside the country where you live. We take reasonable steps to protect it wherever it is handled.
8. Retention
We keep inquiry data and job applications for as long as we need them for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required by law or by a client agreement. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
9. Security
We limit access to personal information to people who need it and use password-protected accounts. No system is completely secure.
10. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, to withdraw consent, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@wearemorvix.com. Depending on where you live (for example the UK, EU, Canada, Australia or certain US states), you may have additional rights under local law.
11. Children
Our website and services are for business professionals and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
