Appointment setting and admin support for insurance agencies
Morvix helps insurance agencies keep their licensed agents in conversations with clients and prospects. We coordinate appointments, follow up to arrange next steps and take on administrative work, always within a clearly agreed scope.

The short version
01What we can support
Three areas of support, one clear boundary.
- Appointment coordination
- Scheduling review meetings, consultations or calls between your agents and clients or prospects, using your calendars and booking rules.
- Follow-up
- Contacting existing inquiries or contacts you provide to arrange a conversation with an agent. Scripts are limited to scheduling and the basic information you approve.
- Administrative support
- CRM updates, record maintenance, document organisation, renewal tracking reminders for your team and scheduling assistance.
02Before we start
What we agree with your agency.
- Exactly which conversations Morvix may hold, and the approved wording
- Which contacts may be called, and the consent basis for contacting them
- Calling hours and do-not-call handling for your market
- What information may be collected, and where it is recorded
- How questions about coverage are handed to a licensed agent
- Calendar access and booking rules for each agent
- Systems access for admin work, limited to what each task needs
- Quality checks and reporting cadence
- Escalation route for anything outside the agreed scope
03FAQ
Insurance support questions
Does Morvix sell insurance or give insurance advice?
No. Morvix is not an insurance agency or broker and its team members do not give advice, quote, recommend coverage or sell policies. All regulated activity is carried out by your licensed staff.
What can Morvix do for an insurance agency?
Within an agreed scope: schedule appointments for licensed agents, follow up with existing contacts or inquiries to arrange a conversation, and provide administrative support such as CRM updates, record maintenance, document organisation and scheduling.
Who is responsible for compliance with outreach rules?
Rules on consent, call times and do-not-call requirements vary by market and type of contact. They are discussed and agreed before any outreach begins, and your agency remains responsible for regulated activities and for the contact lists it provides.
